Elements & Principles Pictures

Below is a picture that I took to represent a principle of art. This is a perfume bottle that I have and I put my lamp on to capture value of light. I really like how this picture shows the shade of the bottle off to the right with the lamp focusing on the top left part of the bottle.

I chose a blanket representing shape as one of best pictures to demonstrate an element of art. This is a blanket I made that I feel does a great job of showing square shapes within square shapes.

Footprint

This is my footprint I created. The pictures and drawings on my foot represent the most important things to me. At the back of the foot is a volleyball with my name on it. I loved playing volleyball and was the sport I played while in high school. I also hope to coach the sport someday. Next on my foot is a couple of paw prints representing dogs. I love dogs and even though I do not have my own right now hopefully soon I will. Next on my foot is the name Elizabeth. It is my middle name and a family heirloom. I am the third generation to have Elizabeth for a middle name and right there on my right foot I actually do have Elizabeth tattooed onto my foot.

Above my middle name is a slice of pizza, my favorite food. I like any kind of pizza but my favorite would be supreme. Also on my foot above the pizza is my favorite artist, Taylor Swift. I have liked every song of hers, especially her latest hit, "Mine".

Next on my foot appears what is suppose to look like fields from an aerial view. On top of the fields is a plane with the name of the place I work during the summers. I work for an aerial crop duster. I manage the office and chemical shed. I enjoy my job and will return there again for my third summer. By the crops is a body of water representing a lake. Every Sunday in the summer my family goes to the lake for a picnic and water activities. We enjoy mom's grilled food along with going for a boat ride and tubing.

On the toes of my foot represent my family. I put them on my toes because just as you cannot walk without your toes, I cannot live without my family. My parents have been the best support system in my life. I have three older brothers who have helped me be the person I am today.
